The first one I bought is over three years old and it still works. I love this headset. Will definitely order again got to my door so fast.
The Jawbone is much better, but it has to fit your face correctly. Don't believe the noise reduction - it's noise amplification. I have only owned 2 bluetooth headsets - a Jawbone and the Motorola H12. Everything about the headset is great - ease of use, form factor, charging stand EXCEPT it only works indoors. If a car drives by while you're speaking, your party won't hear you.
No Problems yet. Great product. Only complaint is I have small ears and headset wants to slip off.but they are all that way.
The other end does not even notice that I am in the car due to its noise canceling. This headset works excellent with my Nokia phone. Has a very nice small case which is charging station at the same time.
People on the other end of the line say it sounds like water is being poured whenever I speak.I am exceedingly disappointed in this product and will be returning it to Motorola. In addition, there is a lot of crackling on the line, even though the cell phone says antenna reception has all bars showing. I'd say, "not much". Beautiful product, easy to install, works as intended, great directions with pictures. Big fat BUT.even with the volume turned up all the way on the phone and the headset, the person on the other end cannot be heard well enough to have a decent conversation. What good is all the beauty and ease of use if you can't hear the person on the other end and they think I'm under water.
